PromptForge
An AI prompts and agents marketplace for AI creators

Overview
PromptForge is a tokenized marketplace where prompt engineers and AI creators can own, trade, and monetize AI prompts and agents with automated, transparent on-chain royalties.
The core challenge was designing trust and ownership in a new market standard from discovery to creation and monetization while keeping the experience accessible to non-crypto users.
Problem
The AI prompt economy was growing fast but lacked core infrastructure:
No verifiable ownership → prompts could be copied or resold without attribution
Opaque royalties → creators had no clarity on earnings or reuse
High entry friction → Web3 onboarding required wallets and blockchain knowledge
Result: creators were under-monetizing or avoiding the space entirely.
Solution
PromptForge introduces a marketplace where:
Ownership is verifiable on-chain
Royalties are automatic and transparent
Users can explore without needing a wallet
The design had to balance:
Trust → transparent ownership history
Fairness → 90/10 creator-first revenue split
Accessibility → frictionless onboarding for non-crypto users
Design Approach
Research & Positioning
Existing tools (PromptBase, GPT Store, OpenSea) each solved part of the problem but not all:
PromptBase → simple marketplace, no ownership layer
GPT Store → closed ecosystem, limited monetization
OpenSea → strong ownership, weak AI-native UX
PromptForge bridges marketplace usability with blockchain ownership, without exposing complexity.
Information Architecture
Designed around three user types:
Curious visitors
Buyers
Creators
Core flow: Land → Understand → Browse → Create → Earn
Key Design Decisions
