ZeroLedger is a privacy-focused payment protocol built on Base that enables users to send, receive, deposit, and withdraw funds without exposing sensitive transaction details on-chain. The product combines advanced privacy infrastructure with a simple wallet experience designed for everyday users.

My Approach

The goal was to make private transactions feel as familiar as using a modern fintech app. Rather than exposing users to complex blockchain concepts, the experience was built around simple financial actions—Send, Deposit, and Withdraw—allowing users to focus on their transactions instead of the underlying technology.

Vision and Innovation

ZeroLedger reimagines on-chain payments by making privacy accessible. While most blockchain wallets expose balances and transaction histories publicly, ZeroLedger provides a layer of financial privacy without sacrificing usability, speed, or trust.

Identifying Unique Challenges

The biggest challenge was designing trust into a system where transaction details are intentionally hidden. Users still need confidence that their funds are secure, their transactions are successful, and their balances are accurate—all without relying on public visibility.

Resolving Complex Problems

To reduce complexity, the product was organized into three core sections:

• Wallet — Send, Deposit, and Withdraw funds

• Activity — Review transaction history and details

• Menu — Access invoices, points, settings, and wallet management

This structure keeps the primary payment experience focused while making advanced features easily accessible.

Every interaction was designed to reduce friction and increase confidence. Clear balance visibility, simplified transaction flows, contextual guidance, and concise confirmations help users complete actions quickly while maintaining trust throughout the experience.
